Welcome to Speedy's Food & Liquor Mart of Kansas City, Missouri. A little about our history...
In January of 1976, Larry Marshall and Joe Giamalva bought purchased an existing establishment on 8th & Prospect. At the time, Larry was playing football in the NFL for the Kansas City Chiefs and Joe was seeking a new career.

After 5 years of learning the business, they ventured into a new and larger building on the corner of 9th & Prospect and away they went.

Alot has changed in the Northeast Area over the last 3 decades but these two brother-in-laws have persevered and survived due to all their faithful customers, friends, and family.

We are extremely excited with our "new adventure" and will continue to offer great service to all of our customers.
